TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General

Course registrations once done and full and final.
Cerificate of completion will be provided to students who attend 75% of lectures and complete all assignments including project.
Once Cerificate of completion has been provided, the student will become eligible for job assistance. Every course comes with 1 month of interview preparation. This will consist of helping the student create a portfolio and advising on potential interview questions.
Under no circumstances, are we providing a job guarantee. We will make our best sincere effort to place the students in associated companies.
Under job assistance, we will try to arrange 3-4 interviews for each student, who has completed the course. Legofi takes no responsibility of student clearing the interviews.
If the student is unable or unwilling to join a offered job in associated company, legofi will reserve the rights of providing no other job assistance.
Classes cannot be filmed or otherwise recorded in any way without the permission (in writing) of the CEO. Vivaan Infosystems may use film or still photographs of students for promotional purposes, with consent of a particular student.
The institute reserves the right to cancel or alter a course. If we do so, we will offer either an alternative course or a refund.
The institute reserves the right to change teachers at any time during the course.
The institute reserves the right to alter course dates.
Students have to pay for any damage they cause on the school.
Please keep a copy of all transaction records.

All fees are payable INR and payment can be made as follows:

By bank transfer directly to our account. Please email or fax us a copy of the remittance advice. Please indicate the student’s name on the remittance.

By demand draft made out to "Vivaan Infosystem"

Cancellations & Refunds

The enrollment fee and any administration fees are non-refundable, except in the case that we are not able to offer you a place on a course.
Once admision is confirmed , No refunds can be entertained. The student can postpone joining a particular batch for a maximum of 3 months for any emergencies.
If we are unable to offer you a place on a course, we will refund any fees you have paid.
There is no refund for individual lectures. The fees applies to the course as a whole.
Taking admission in our courses, obliges a student to behave in a suitable and legal manner at all times.
In case of serious criminal activies, the institute can cterminate your course with out any refund.

Changes to Our Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by giving you advance notice of the changes by email or in writing. We will also post these changes on our website. These changes will become effective 30 days after receipt of the notice. Your continued use of our Website, Services, and Products after any change to these Terms and Conditions and our notifying you will constitute your acceptance of such change. If you do not agree with the changes to these Terms and Conditions, you can choose to discontinue the use of our Website, Services, and Products.
